Data Deletion Instructions

Members can request removal of their Trailmate profile, account details, and Instagram connection data.

Request Deletion

Email alexjoneill@gmail.com from the address used for your Trailmate account and include the subject line "Trailmate data deletion request."

Instagram Disconnects

If you remove Trailmate access from Instagram or Meta, Trailmate receives a deauthorization request and removes the stored Instagram connection for that account where possible.

Timing

Manual deletion requests will be reviewed and completed as soon as practical during the beta.
