Data Deletion Instructions

Members can request removal of their Trailmate profile and account details.

Request Deletion

Email hello@gaytrailmate.com from the address used for your Trailmate account and include the subject line "Trailmate data deletion request."

Instagram Links

Trailmate stores only the optional Instagram handle listed on a member profile. Deleting the Trailmate profile removes that link as part of the account deletion process.

Timing

Manual deletion requests will be reviewed and completed as soon as practical during the beta.
